- Creation of data base and of a call-centre in charge of linking with the firms as well as organizing and managing supply and demand for a training period or for a job
- Setting up of a database – Technical and network management
- Setting up and leading of a network of small businesses which commit themselves to integrating the targeted audience in the craft industry in the “département” of Somme (the name of the network is “R.E.I.”, “Réseau d’Entreprises Intégratrices”)
- Creation of a pedagogic kit “monitoring in the firm”, innovative tool for trainers and trainees
- Setting up of pilot training contents for trainers which take into account their needs and their constraints
- Setting up of awareness campaigns towards the structures in charge of the monitoring of the beneficiaries to improve the relations with the businesses
- Creation of an observatory of social environment and of social practises concerning the employment sector of the small businesses
