The magic cube

The magic cube is a possible product of cema-net tca. It goals are as follows

• database of all cema-net participants
• stock exchange of ideas / demands/ projects
• procedure and comunication text (how to use it)
• communication plan

it is located at www.cema-net.org/cube/

registration procedure

• register as is required, fill all appropriate data (mainly email). Your login name _must_ be as Firstname_Lastname (so for example Michal_Palenik).
• email your local administrator to activate your account, giving your login name (you will not be able to login until activation is done, so do not panic and wait for email from forum and your local administrator)
• your local administrator will activate your accout in administration panel, now you are able to log in and use the magic cube
• update more detailed information on yourself (interests, projects, ...), add a picture of yours (keyword avatar),
• meanwhile your local administrator will add you to appropriate groups (your country, your WG)
• enjoy the cube afterwards.

administration

• user activation: go to administration panel, User Admin, Management; Look up user; at the botton mark 'User is active' to yes
• new forums: administration panel, Forum Admin, Management, create new. then in permission mark as 'registered [hidden]'
• usergroups: in 'usergroups' find a username to add or approve users that want to join
• more questions ? ask in the forum...

• more security when updating profiles - done
• make this a lot nicer (put a cube in the logo)
• create appropriate forums (SC, social dialogue,...)
• make this known to all cema-net members
• detailed information on what to fill in
